The Project

RDS 360 supported IWG and the principal contractor within a Design and Build framework, providing laser scanning, as-built surveys, and full architectural design services from RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 6 across multiple London sites.

Our involvement spanned the full design process: from initial test fit plans and spatial layouts assessing feasibility and office functionality, through to detailed construction packs, on-site design support, and final as-built documentation. At each stage, work was developed in close coordination with IWG's project management team to ensure designs met operational requirements and secured landlord approval.

Among the projects delivered through this framework was the IWG UK Head Office in Victoria, a high-profile scheme requiring the design to reflect the global significance of the space while embedding IWG's co-working offer throughout the acquired floor plate.

Services We Provided

  • RIBA Stage 2 - Building Survey and Test Fit Plans

  • RIBA Stage 3 - Design Tender Pack and Landlord Approval Pack

  • RIBA Stage 4 - Detail Design and Construction Pack

  • RIBA Stage 5 - Construction Design Support

  • RIBA Stage 6 - As Built

Client Feedback

RDS 360 have delivered many designs for IWG Spaces and Regus over the years, so getting them onboard to deliver our UK Head Office in Victoria only seemed right. This being our central hub globally, it was important for the design to deliver this scale of opportunity for our Board members to congregate when in the UK, whilst ensuring our co-working service was embedded throughout the space acquired. Thanks for all your help throughout the full design process, especially with landlord consent.
