RDS 360 respects your privacy

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. RDS 360 Ltd takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are required to provide this information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

RDS 360 Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, please contact us at hello@rds360ltd.com.

What information we collect

We only collect information you actively provide to us, such as when you fill in a contact or enquiry form, or sign up to our newsletter. This may include:

•       Your name

•       Your email address

•       Your telephone number

•       Your company name and address

We also collect basic technical data automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected via Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tag (see the Cookies section below).

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We collect and use your personal data for the following reasons:

•       To respond to your enquiries — lawful basis: legitimate interests

•       To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed — lawful basis: consent

•       To understand how our website is used and improve it — lawful basis: consent (via cookie acceptance)

We will not use your data for any other purpose without letting you know first. You can withdraw your consent at any time — for example, by unsubscribing from our newsletter using the link in any email we send you.

Who we share your data with

We work with the following third-party services that may process personal data on our behalf:

•       Framer B.V. — website hosting and infrastructure

•       Google Analytics — website analytics

•       LinkedIn Insight Tag — website analytics and campaign tracking

•       Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — newsletter distribution

All providers are contractually required to keep your data secure and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third parties unless required to do so by law.

International data transfers

Our website is hosted on Framer, which is operated by Framer B.V., a company based in the Netherlands (EU). The transfer of data to Framer is covered by the UK–EU adequacy decision, which confirms that the EU provides an equivalent level of data protection to the UK.

Mailchimp is operated by Intuit Inc., a US-based company. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address will be transferred to and stored on Mailchimp’s servers in the United States. Intuit participates in the UK–US Data Bridge, which provides an appropriate safeguard for this transfer under UK GDPR.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact data for 2 years — please confirm retention period], after which it is securely deleted. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will hold your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Analytics data is retained in line with Google’s and LinkedIn’s standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

•       Access the personal data we hold about you

•       Ask us to correct inaccurate data

•       Ask us to delete your data

•       Object to or restrict how we use your data

•       Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is our lawful basis)

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@rds360ltd.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

All about cookies

Our website uses cookies. Here we explain what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site recognise your device on future visits and can store your preferences or track activity.

What cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to work and cannot be switched off. This includes cookies set by Framer, our website hosting platform, which are required for the site to function correctly. No consent is required for these cookies.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website — for example, which pages are most visited and how long people spend on the site. This helps us improve the experience for everyone. Google Analytics collects anonymous information only; no personally identifiable information is stored. These cookies are only set if you choose to accept them.

Marketing and tracking cookies

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which allows us to understand the professional profile of our visitors in aggregate and track the effectiveness of any LinkedIn campaigns we run. These cookies are only set if you choose to accept them.

If you interact with our newsletter sign-up form, Mailchimp may also set cookies to track form interactions and email campaign performance. These cookies are only set if you choose to accept marketing cookies.

Your cookie choices

When you first visit our website, you will be asked to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.

If you decline analytics or marketing cookies, your visit will not be included in our website statistics and Mailchimp tracking will not be active. This has no effect on your ability to browse the website or subscribe to our newsletter.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Visit your browser’s help pages for guidance.

Third-party cookies

Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Mailchimp, and Framer are provided by third parties. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

•       Google: policies.google.com/privacy

•       LinkedIn: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

•       Mailchimp (Intuit): mailchimp.com/legal/privacy

•       Framer: framer.com/privacy

We may update this policy from time to time. The ‘last updated’ date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
