RDS 360 provided comprehensive design and planning support for a CVS veterinary practice in Peterlee, taking the project from early feasibility through to technical delivery. Our involvement began with a feasibility layout, exploring the most efficient use of the available space to balance clinical functionality with a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and animals.
We then developed a detailed Revit model, enabling clear visualisation of the design and supporting coordination across disciplines. Alongside this, our team delivered interior design support, ensuring the practice environment was both practical and carefully considered in its atmosphere and presentation.
To complete the package, we prepared the principles and specification guide, setting clear standards for quality, compliance, and delivery across the project.
