The Project

Fonehouse approached RDS 360 to help rebrand their stores with a fresh look and feel, bringing the brand back to life across a fragmented estate where individual locations had developed inconsistently over time. The goal was to create a cohesive design concept that unified every store and could support the brand's planned expansion.

Our team reimagined the store environment from the ground up, developing new approaches to fixtures, lighting, materials, and finishes. Recognising that Fonehouse stores vary significantly in size, we designed layouts for small, medium, and large footprints, ensuring every space could be configured to feel considered and on-brand regardless of its dimensions.

We also developed a detailed specification guide to support future store planning, providing clear priorities and practical guidance for bringing each new location to life consistently and efficiently. The concept has since been rolled out across the estate.
